The Craps and Eleven craps bet: The C&E (or "Craps and Eleven") bet is another one-roll craps bet that combines the Any Craps
bet with the 11.  You'll usually see little circles in the middle of the table labeled "C" or "E."  The "C" means "Craps" and the "E" means
"Eleven."  That's where the stickman puts your C&E bet.  The C&E bet is not a self-service bet.  The stickman will put half your chips
in the "C" circle and the other half of your chips in the "E" circle.  The C&E bet wins when a 12, 3, 2, or 11 appears on the very next
roll.  The payoff odds for the C&E bet is 7:1 when a 12, 3, or 2 appears (like the Any Craps bet).  The payoff odds when an 11 appears
on the very next roll is 30:1 (like the number 11 one-roll bet).

When you ask for a C&E
craps bet that the dealer can't divided into two equal numbers, he'll do what they call "straddling" your bet.
He'll put your chips on the table so they straddle the "C" circle and the "E" circle.  When you make a C&E bet, make sure the bet
amount is divisible by 2.  Otherwise, the casino will screw you because it can't make a payoff when cents are involved.  They can only
make a payoff in whole numbers.

Suppose you toss the stickman a $5 chip and tell him you want a C&E bet.  The stickman can't divide your $5 into two equal amounts
and put the same amount sin the "C" and "E" circles.  Since he can't divide the $5 chips into two whole numbers, he straddles the "C"
and "E" circles with your $5 chip.  When an 11 appears on the very next roll, the payoff odds are 15:1, which means you win $37.50 for
the "E," but you lose $2.50 for the Any Craps (i.e., the "C").  That means the net winning amount is $35, which is a whole number that
the dealer can pay you.  If you don't know if the payoff will end up being a whole number, then you should always make your C&E bet
an amount that's divisible by two.
